Guitar Review was published by the Society of the Classic Guitar in New York from 1946 through 2009. It was a beautifully-produced magazine with outstanding artwork and design, edited by Vladimir Bobri (a close friend of Segovia) with excellent articles. The link goes to the Digital Guitar Archive’s listing of the issues. Copies are collector’s items that typically sell for $10 to $30 per individual issue, depending on the rarity, condition, and specific vintage year. You might find some on eBay or Etsy.
