We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Where available, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also offered. All payments are processed securely by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1).

Digital Orders (Downloads)

  • Download links are emailed within a minute of checkout.
  • Many packages include MP3 and WAV audio plus a PDF booklet. See each product page for exact contents.
  • If your link expires or you can’t find the email, contact us and we’ll refresh it for you.
Tip: For gifts, you can use the recipient’s email at checkout for instant delivery— or contact us and we’ll help.

All-Access Pass

  • You’ll receive an email with your access instructions right after checkout.
  • If it doesn’t arrive promptly, check spam and search for “Douglas Niedt,” then contact us.

Physical CDs (Shipping)

  • Shipping to the U.S. and Canada only.
  • Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days (U.S.) and 7–14 business days (Canada).
  • If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately so we can assist.

Refunds & Returns

  • All-Access Pass: Covered by our money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, contact us and we’ll make it right.
  • Digital products: Due to their nature, refunds are handled case-by-case. If something isn’t right, please reach out.
  • CDs: We’ll replace defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Troubleshooting Payments

  • Payment failed: Verify card details, try a different card, switch browser/device, or try Apple/Google Pay if shown.
  • Duplicate/hold charge: Banks may show temporary authorizations. If two charges actually settle, contact us and we’ll fix it.
  • Didn’t get the email? Check spam, search for “Douglas Niedt,” and whitelist store@douglasniedt.com. Still missing? We’ll resend.

Privacy & Security
