GUITAR THEORY AND EAR TRAINING

Learn To Identify Intervals by Ear

This is so amazing. Click on the gear icon in the upper right. You can choose:

  1. Choose which intervals you want the game to play—from 1 to 13 of the basic intervals plus 12 more compound intervals for those with Ninja ears.
  2. Choose from several play modes—notes together, upper note first, lower note first, etc.
  3. Choose speed from very slow to very very fast!

NOTE: If you need to hear the interval played again or several times, click in the box with the speaker icon.

This new version works on all Windows and Mac desktops and laptops.
But, it may not display well on some tablets and phones.

By the way, you can download these apps optimized for iPads and iPhones.
These apps are from a great website for music theory lessons: MusicTheory.net
