ORDERING INFORMATION

Our online ordering is more secure than if you swipe your card or give your credit card to a person in a store or restaurant! But if you would rather not order online, there are three other ways to order:

1. Purchase by phone: you may call us 24 hours, seven days a week at 816-235-2922 (if no answer,     please leave a message)

2. Email us and leave your phone number. We will call you back. (DO NOT email us credit card     information--that is very unsafe for you!)

3. Mail us your order. We accept checks/money orders and credit cards.

Print it out, fill it in and mail it to us at the address on the form.

Prices do not include shipping. Shipping is only 17% of order total. For orders outside of U.S., shipping is 30% of order total.

Guarantee: We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price (including shipping) of the product. Printed music is not returnable.

Return Policy: CDs and videos are returnable within 14 days only if they are defective. Printed music is not returnable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Please indicate reason for return on the slip. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
